We offer 16 NDT methods including:

Surface methods: Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant (PT/DPT), Magnetic Particle (MT/MPI), Eddy Current (ET)

Volumetric methods: Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Phased Array UT (PAUT), Digital Radiography (DR), Computed Tomography (CT)

Special methods: Positive Material ID (PMI), hardness testing, leak testing, acoustic emission, TOFD

Testing is performed per ASTM, ASME, EN, and customer specifications by ASNT Level II/III certified personnel.

EN 10204 3.1 certificates are inspection certificates issued by the manufacturer's authorized inspection representative, containing test results from specific testing on the supplied products.

EN 10204 3.2 certificates are the same but additionally validated by an independent inspection body or customer's authorized representative.

3.2 certificates provide third-party verification and are required for critical applications like pressure equipment (PED) and aerospace. We provide both types based on customer and regulatory requirements.

Our 7-step quality control process includes:

  1. Incoming material inspection with chemical analysis and PMI verification
  2. Pattern/die verification with dimensional checks and first article inspection
  3. In-process inspection monitoring process parameters
  4. Heat treatment verification with temperature charts and hardness testing
  5. NDT testing per customer specifications (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT)
  6. Final dimensional inspection using CMM and gauge verification
  7. Pre-shipment inspection with visual checks and documentation review

This ensures 100% inspection rate with <0.5% rejection rate.

Complete documentation includes:

  • Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 Type 2.2, 3.1, or 3.2)
  • Chemical and mechanical test reports
  • Dimensional inspection reports
  • NDT reports (PT, MT, UT, RT certifications)
  • Heat treatment records with temperature charts
  • Hardness test results
  • Surface finish measurements
  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
  • Packing lists with heat/lot traceability

Additional documentation like PPAP (automotive) or FAI (aerospace) is provided upon request.

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) uses multi-element probes with electronic beam steering to inspect components.

Advantages over conventional UT:

  • Improved probability of detection (POD)
  • Faster scanning coverage
  • Ability to inspect complex geometries
  • Visual C-scan imaging for defect mapping
  • Electronic beam focusing and steering

PAUT is used for weld inspection, corrosion mapping, aerospace components, and critical castings/forgings where enhanced defect detection is required. It complies with ASME, AWS, and aerospace standards.

We ensure 100% material traceability through:

  • Heat number tracking from raw material through finished product
  • PMI verification at receiving and before shipment
  • Mill certificates maintained with heat/lot traceability
  • Marking/stamping of parts with heat numbers
  • Digital records linking all test reports to specific heats
  • EN 10204 certificates with full chemical and mechanical properties

This complete traceability is essential for critical applications in aerospace, oil & gas, nuclear, and medical industries.

Yes, we facilitate third-party inspection by internationally recognized agencies including:
